In December 2021, the City Council moved the position of Code Compliance Officer back to City Hall in the Building and Zoning Department
The Code Compliance Officer is responsible for building permits, inspections, and general compliance with the city codes relating to property maintainance.
Sean Spencer is the code enforcement officer and is working out of city hall.
